Although I aim to link to whatever I have published on Anime News Network here on my Medium blog, I don’t always remember to do so in good time… There’s a backlog of manga reviews I’ve written over the past few months I’ve still to share, so here’s one of a manga that I really quite liked. It’s the first in an (I think) three volume series, with a lot of similarities to US comics like Fables, Sandman, or The Unwritten — stories in which literature and the history and conventions of storytelling are integral features.
