Disney’s Macross streaming catalogue has been keeping me busy! After so many years without an official source for localised Macross anime, suddenly there’s an overwhelming number of episodes, OVAs and movies available! (At least in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada…) After recently reviewing Macross Frontier for Anime News Network, I’ve also reviewed 2016’s Macross Delta, now available to read via the link below:
While it was still fun, I didn’t enjoy Delta as much as Frontier, finding the story muddled and messy. Next on the itinerary is the much longer Macross 7, which Disney+ lists as 52 episodes, though three of those are later OVAs not part of the original broadcast. I’ll post a link to my review of that when it’s published too!
